Description
Branim'ir Warin , also known as "Bran", was a male Arkanian Offshoot Mandalorian warrior during the era after the Clone Wars.Bran, as a young boy, was preserved in stasis on a hidden space station that might have been one of the Arkanian's gene enhancement experiment projects. For some unknown reasons, the facility was abandoned and left in disarray. Two centuries later, a small group of Mandalorian scavengers stumbled upon the station and found Bran, the only surviving specimen. Awoken in a new era with no memory or knowledge of who he was, Bran was adopted as a foundling by Clan Warin.Hardened by life, Bran was a battle-worn, ruthless fighter. A natural loner, he preferred to remain aloof, tight-lipped and only spoken when needed to. However, underneath his gruff and cold appearance, Bran was actually a very kind and patient man. When encountered the innocent and helpless, he would go out of his way to help them. This softer side was the catalyst for his bond with Izar.During the event of the Order 66, he saved Izar while the kid was running away from the clone troopers. Despite the history of conflicts between the Mandalorians and Jedi, Bran still took Izar in as his foundling, because to him, hunting and killing kids was just wrong. He later taught Izar how to handle different weapons and helped rebuild their lightsaber with pieces of beska he had. He liked to act like he’s tired or annoyed by Izar’s shenanigans, but he actually cared about them a great deal.
Trivia
The name "Branim'ir" comes from "Branimir", a Slavic name meaning "protector/defender of peace". It comes from the idea that he's the guardian of Izar - who later is his world, his peace.

Description
Izar Uri was a Force-sensitive nonbinary Theelin Jedi Padawan who survived Order 66 during the Clone Wars. Living on thanks to the sacrifice of their Master, Dal Maararl, they met the bounty hunter Branim’ir Warin, who taught them how to survive as a fugitive.Born on Jedha and later joined the Jedi Order, Izar was a witty, impulsive, yet also brave, loyal, generous, and kind-hearted child. They were quite artistic, and held a fascination for artwork from different civilizations. Following their Master's footsteps, they aspired to be a researcher and archivist. Haunted by the event of the Order 66, they became fiercely protective of Bran later on.Bran and Izar bonded over shared trauma: orphans who were adopted by a group of people that loved them and raised them as their own, but later on had to witness their adopted parents die while protecting them.Heavily inspired by The Mandalorian, Logan, TLOU, and Arya and The Hound, Bran and Izar's dynamic was basically the age-old trope “the grumpy old lone wolf accidentally adopted a stray cat”.

Izar means “star” in Basques, and Uri means “my light” in Hebrew.
Izar’s parents called them their "little starlight" because of their yellow spots against the blue skin.
